The problem
Kantana Studio in Thailand had no VP stage, and local crew needed to run it on their own after handover.
What I did
Designed and installed the LED system and integrated Disguise, Brompton Tessera and stYpe tracking. Trained local staff for two weeks and led the launch demo shoot as 2D capture supervisor.
Outcome
The stage launched on schedule and the local team ran it independently from the end of training.

Details
End-to-end responsibility for the full-scale VP studio build at Kantana Studio, Thailand. Handled Pixreal LED hardware design/installation, Stype tracking calibration, LTC/Genlock sync infrastructure, and AJA Video I/O routing. Led a 2-week training program for internal staff, then supervised the launch demo shoot as 2D Capture Supervisor.
